Welcome to One Story Journal. By accessing or using our website, journal, app, or AI services (collectively,

the "Services"), you agree to the following legally binding Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If

you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of the One Story Journal, app, or AI services, you agree to be

bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an

entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Disclaimer of AI Advice & Limitation of Liability

One Story includes an AI-based journaling assistant and coaching system ("Nova" or "AI Coach"). You

acknowledge and agree that: - The AI is not a therapist, doctor, legal advisor, or financial advisor. - All AI

responses are for informational, motivational, and self-reflective purposes only. - You are solely responsible

for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on AI recommendations or journal prompts. - One Story

Journal, its parent company, officers, employees, partners, affiliates, and licensors are not liable for any

indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of use or reliance on the AI.

3. No Guarantees of Results

While our system is designed to help you reach goals through AI-enhanced journaling, we make no

representations or guarantees about achieving specific outcomes, transformations, or personal results.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: - Use the Services in a manner that violates any law or regulation. - Reverse-engineer,

copy, modify, or redistribute any proprietary AI systems or journal content. - Input harmful, illegal, or

confidential information into the AI or app. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to

the One Story platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including the journal structure, writing prompts, AI model outputs, app design, gamification

features, badges, rankings, and branding are exclusive intellectual property of One Story Journal.

digital, without our express written consent.

This includes but is not limited to: - AI-generated prompts and insights - Gamification system and ranking

structure - Journal page layouts and cycles - Nova AI interface and voice

All rights are reserved. We vigorously defend our intellectual property.

6. AI Usage & Data

By using Nova or any AI feature: - You agree that your inputs may be processed by AI models to generate

outputs. - Your data may be anonymized and used to improve the AI system. - You may not input personal

health, legal, or sensitive personal data that requires HIPAA, FERPA, or other regulatory protection.

We do not store journal content for public sharing, and all AI sessions are encrypted and secured.

7. Non-Reliance Clause

No part of the One Story experience—including AI responses, journal content, app prompts, or community

suggestions—shall be construed as: - Professional advice - Medical guidance - Therapy or diagnosis -

Financial or legal strategy

Any reliance is strictly at your own risk.

8. Product Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the journal being a limited, personalized productivity system, all physical product sales

are final unless damaged upon arrival. App subscriptions may be canceled at any time but are non-

refundable once billed.

9. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Services at any time, for any

reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. . Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert State], under the rules of the American
